Vista Rhythm Reset is a creative, experiential programme exploring rhythm as a shared language connecting movement, emotion and relationships. Through gently facilitated experiences with horses, participants develop awareness of natural rhythms such as breathing, movement and pace. They learn to notice and respond to their equine partner before exploring mirroring, matching and synchrony. Activities may include: rhythm beads and creative expression; experimenting with pace, tempo and energy; matching and mirroring movement; non-verbal communication and attunement; obstacles and movement patterns; creating shared rhythmic sequences. Participants work together to create a personalised routine incorporating movement, rhythm and their horse or pony partner. This collaborative process supports communication, cooperation, mutual focus and relationship-building. The final routine may be performed and recorded for the participants’ personal use, where appropriate and with prior consent, providing an opportunity to reflect upon and celebrate their progress. Vista Rhythm Reset may support: emotional awareness and self-expression; coordination, rhythm and body awareness; communication and cooperation; confidence, trust and belonging; stronger relationships and shared connection. Each programme is adapted around the participants’ needs, pace and relationship. This is a ground-based programme; no riding or previous horse experience is required.
