Cookie Notice

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This Cookie Notice explains how New Spring Vista CIC uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer, tablet or mobile device when you visit a website. They help websites function correctly, remember choices and provide information about how the website is used.

COOKIES USED ON OUR WEBSITE

Our website is hosted by Wix. Depending on the features used and the choices you make through our cookie banner, the website may use the following categories of cookies:

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the website to function securely and correctly. They may support security, fraud prevention, page loading, booking functions and remembering your cookie preferences. These cookies cannot normally be switched off because they are necessary to provide the website service.

Functional cookies

These cookies may enable additional website features and remember choices made by visitors. If you do not allow them, some website features may not work as intended.

Analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are visited and whether the site is functioning effectively. Analytics cookies will only be used where the visitor has given consent.

Marketing cookies

These cookies may be used by marketing services or integrations to understand the effectiveness of communications. New Spring Vista CIC does not currently use its website to display personalised advertising. Marketing cookies will not be placed unless the visitor has given consent.

COOKIE CONSENT

When you first visit our website, you will be shown a cookie consent banner provided by Usercentrics for Wix. You can:

• accept all cookies;
• deny non-essential cookies; or
• choose which categories of cookies you wish to allow.

Strictly necessary cookies may operate without consent because they are required for the website to function.

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time by selecting the fingerprint-shaped privacy settings icon displayed at the bottom left of the website.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may include services or links provided by third parties, including Wix and Wix Bookings. Links may also take you to external services such as GoCardless, Facebook, WhatsApp or other providers. When you leave our website, cookies used on the external website are controlled by that provider and are subject to its own privacy and cookie information.

HOW LONG COOKIES REMAIN

Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while others remain for a specified period. Details of the cookies detected on our website, their purposes and their durations can be viewed through the cookie settings available from the privacy icon.

CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this Cookie Notice if the website, its services or the cookies used change. The latest version will always be published on this page.

If you have questions about our use of cookies or personal information, please contact New Spring Vista CIC using the contact details provided in our Privacy Notice.
