Before booking: A complimentary Meet & Greet allows us to understand the learner’s needs, hopes and goals and explore whether Confidence Conquerors is the right fit. Confidence Conquerors is a gentle, strengths-based programme supporting confidence, self-esteem, emotional awareness, resilience and self-belief through meaningful experiences with horses and nature. Each learner works alongside a pony or horse partner, whose calm presence helps guide them through New Spring Vista’s Seven Zones. Sessions are shaped around the learner’s strengths, interests, needs and pace; we do not rush, force or expect everyone to engage in the same way. Activities may include: grooming, observing and caring for a pony; catching, leading and exploring safe boundaries; movement, rhythm and confidence-building games; sensory, creative and nature-based experiences; reflection and gentle conversations. The Learning Journey Journal captures reflection and progress while providing a calm, gentle ending to each session. Learners also have access to the Buddy Zone for preparation, regulation and reflection. Confidence Conquerors may support: confidence, self-esteem and self-belief; emotional awareness and regulation; communication and relationship-building; resilience, problem-solving and personal growth; connection, achievement and wellbeing. This is a ground-based equine-facilitated learning programme; no riding or previous horse experience is required.
