Thank you for choosing to support one of our much-loved ponies. Your sponsorship will help contribute towards their everyday care, including feed, bedding, hoof care, veterinary support, enrichment and the safe environment they need to thrive.

You can choose the pony you would like to sponsor and an amount that feels right for you. Monthly sponsorships are particularly helpful, although one-off and annual donations are also warmly welcomed.

Annual sponsorship is paid as one payment covering 12 months. One-off donations are warmly welcomed but do not include an ongoing sponsorship package.

Pony Sponsorship Terms

By becoming a pony sponsor, you agree to the following:

  • Pony sponsorship contributions help New Spring Vista CIC provide care for its herd, including feed, bedding, hoof care, veterinary support, enrichment and maintaining a safe environment.

  • Sponsorship does not confer ownership of a pony or an automatic right to visit, handle or spend time with the pony.

  • Monthly sponsorship continues until cancelled. You may cancel future payments at any time by contacting New Spring Vista CIC or cancelling through your payment provider.

  • Annual sponsorship covers a 12-month sponsorship period. One-off donations do not create an ongoing sponsorship unless this is expressly agreed.

  • Where a sponsorship level includes a welcome gift, we will contact you to confirm the available options and any information required, such as clothing size or delivery details. Gifts are subject to availability, and a suitable alternative may be offered.

  • Sponsorship benefits and updates are intended for the named sponsor and may vary depending on the welfare, availability and circumstances of the pony.

  • Sponsorship does not guarantee that all contributions will be spent exclusively on the selected pony. Funds may be used wherever most needed to support the care and welfare of the New Spring Vista herd.

  • If a sponsored pony is retired, rehomed, becomes unavailable or dies, we will contact the sponsor and offer the opportunity to transfer the remaining sponsorship to another pony or end future payments.

  • Sponsors are responsible for keeping their contact and payment details up to date.

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
